How to be a Musician – Learning about a Career in Music

For youth interested in music and pursuing a career in music! Missoula Public Library will host renowned pianist and composer Philip Daniel. He’ll talk about the music world and share what it takes to build a full-time career in the arts (film scoring, writing for commercials, licensing, streaming, touring, producing, etc.) Philip will also talk about music production and technology, something he’s very passionate about.

As a musician, Daniel’s primary objective is to create music that elicits deep emotions, fostering a unique connection with each listener. He firmly believes in the transformative power of music and is dedicated to making a positive impact on his community through his work.
