Child care and schools in Missoula

Care for young children differs most by setting and schedule. Young children can go to a center like The Growing Tree, which takes infants from 6 weeks, or to a licensed family or group home like Got Griz Kids, on a full-day, part-day or drop-in schedule. Schools differ in where grades break, since MCPS elementary schools end at grade 5 while Target Range, DeSmet, Lolo, Bonner and Woodman keep students through grade 8.
