Missoula Makes Movies
About this event
Missoula Makes Movies is the Roxy Theater’s inaugural 72 hour film festival! Work as a team to make a short film from start to finish over the course of three days and celebrate with a premiere screening, party, and awards. The filmmaking period is from 12:00pm on Friday, October 9th through 12:00pm on Monday, October 12th.
The Awards Ceremony Premiere will take place at The Roxy Theater on Friday, October 16th at 7:00pm. It will be preceded by a filmmaker mixer and celebration in the Roxy Lounge at 5:00 pm.
Non-members pay $20, Roxy members and Students pay $15 to sign up. You must have a minimum of 3 people on your team, and a maximum of 8. If you are signing up without a team, you will form a new team with other solo filmmakers based on interest in crew roles, skill level, and equipment availability.
