Learn more about the celebration of Dia De los Reyes Magos (Three Kings Day/Epiphany), as we make a popular Mexican dish, flautas de pollo (chicken taquitos)! The dish consists of tortillas that are filled with shredded chicken, rolled into a cylinidrical shape, and deep-fried until golden brown. The toppings provided will include guacamole, sour cream, and salsa, and will be accompanied by a side of rice and refried beans. Join us as we cook, learn about the cultrual significance of Dia De los Reyes Magos, and pick up a few Spanish words in class. One child (ages 10-15 years) per registered adult.
