Backcountry Adventures
Some of the world's most wondrous places are found right here in Montana. Backpacking develops emotional and physical resilience while promoting land stewardship and teamwork. Kids will learn to plan a backpacking trip, including menu and route planning, bear safety, gear choices, water purification, Leave No Trace Ethics, and group dynamics. *Please note that these are backcountry programs and participants have the potential to encounter wildlife and may make river crossings.* AVD 2: This Adventure Camp meets Monday - Thursday with overnights Tuesday and Wednesday Reminder: No camp on Friday
