About this program
The Woodworking Club invites youth ages 10–14 (5th through 8th grade) to roll up their sleeves, get creative, and explore the world of building with wood. Participants will learn the fundamentals of safe tool use, project planning, and hands-on construction through guided instruction and age-appropriate projects. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity, patience, and a willingness to learn! This club will meet at Home ReSource on Tuesdays from 3:15pm to 5:30pm. Transportation provided to Jefferson from C.S. Porter, Meadow Hill, and Washington Middle Schools. Parent drop off at Home ReSource is also permitted. All participants must be picked up at Home Resource between 5:00pm and 5:30pm.
