About this program
Jr. Playmakers Flag Football 2026 Back for another season! Missoula youth in grades K - 8 hit the gridiron for another season of flag football. Jr. Playmakers emphasizes FUN, FAIR PLAY & GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP. Youth learn the basics of football from volunteer coaches and use those skills on the playing field. Jr. Playmakers is for kids of all skill levels where equal playing time and equal participation is expected and encouraged. All genders encouraged to come out and play. Coaches needed! If you are a parent/coach with football experience and would like to volunteer, please email Nonie Cobb at ncobb@ci.missoula.mt.us Important Registration Deadlines To make the scheduling process fair and efficient for all, we ask that you please observe the following deadlines: Registration Opens Monday June 21, 9:00 am. Registration Deadline: Friday Aug 2, 5pm – Missed the deadline, but still want to play? Get added to the waitlist by Aug 10th to be considered for a late forming team. League Starts for practice the week of August 24. Games start the week of September 9. Share The Fun Youth Recreation Grants available! Visit www.missoulparks.org or stop by Currents.
