About this program

Meet Momentum, a brand-new Go Run Missoula program designed for female and non-binary youth who are ready to build on their running foundations and take their skills to the next level.

Momentum will focus on speed, endurance, pacing, racing strategies, and running skills while continuing to create the confidence, connection, and joy that make Go Run Missoula so special.
