Help using Missoula Parents
A few answers before you make plans.
Where should I start?
Events has dated happenings. Activities & Classes has programs to join, and Camps includes summer and school-break camps. Use Directory to browse by topic, Search within a section to narrow the listings, or Search the whole site.
How do age filters work?
Filters use ages or grades that the source publishes. A listing without that information may disappear when you choose an age. Clear the filter to see more options, and ask the provider whether an unknown-age listing is suitable for your child.
Does every listing welcome children?
The event list includes activities for children and general public happenings where families can attend. Family-focused filters narrow the results. Read the age, admission, and source details before deciding whether an event fits your family.
Is “cost not published” the same as free?
No. It means we do not have a published price for that listing. Follow the provider's link to confirm the cost, including any registration, membership, or admission requirements.
How do I register or buy tickets?
Open the listing and follow its provider, registration, or ticket link. Registration and payment happen directly with the organization, outside this site.
How current are the details?
The date beside a source link shows when that page was checked. Details can change afterward. Confirm dates, availability, prices, and access with the provider before you go. About the site explains how listings are gathered.
Why are some places outside Missoula?
The directory focuses on Missoula, Lolo, Bonner, and Frenchtown. Outdoors also includes places families may visit on a day trip. Towns covered explains the scope.
How do I report a problem?
Contact us about a correction, missing resource, photo, or accessibility problem. Include the page link and what needs attention.
