About this program
This class is open to girls who have advanced through Flipo Level 1 and who have been evaluated by a Mismo Gymnastics coach and placed in this class. This continuation of the Flipo program focuses on more advanced skills. Girls have the option of attending 1 or 2 days a week of this 55 minute class.
