About this program
This class is the more advanced follow up to Gizmo. Open only to children 3 to 6 years old. An evaluation is needed by a Mismo coach to make sure the child is placed where they will feel the child will have the most success. This 50 minute long class will focus on building more advanced gymnastics skills, understanding of gymnastic terminology, flexibility, strength and more.
