About this program

This is a project to teach 4-Hers basic horse driving skills, safety, and to train a horse to drive in a single or multiple hitch. Members will learn parts of the horse, cart, and harness.

How to join

Eligibility and caregiver

Ages or grades
At least nine (9) years old and not more than the age of nineteen (19) years during the current 4-H year

Cost help

Missoula County 4-H publishes scholarships, sliding fees, or other financial aid. Ask the provider how to apply, or see Help paying.
