About this program

This project offers you opportunities to learn about horses without having to own or lease one. You may use horses as a tool to expand your learning experiences. 4-Hers will learn how to compare horses on horse breeds, horse behavior, horse safety, parts of the horse, horse health, horse careers, and more.

Ages or grades
At least nine (9) years old and not more than the age of nineteen (19) years during the current 4-H year
