About this program

Successful participants receive American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification, including Deep Water, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers, and First Aid.

Candidates must swim 150 yd. continuously, tread water with no hands for 2 minutes, then swim another 50 yd.
