About this program

Our Boys X-Sport Training class is designed for young athletes who have mastered the fundamentals in our Mighty Mites class and are ready for more advanced challenges. This class provides a structured curriculum that focuses on refining existing skills while introducing new techniques across multiple gymnastics apparatus.
