About this program

Parent Participation: This class requires parent participation until the coach determines that the child is ready to move independently.

Through engaging activities and structured play, children will learn the foundational skills of gymnastics on bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Our experienced coaches will guide them through basic gymnastics techniques while promoting motor skill development and encouraging social interaction
