About this program

Spider Monkeys is the second stage of our Growing Gorillas children’s Martial Arts program, for 5-7 year olds either starting fresh or graduating from Micro Monkeys.

The structure of classes is similar to the Micro Monkeys classes. We play lots of games where Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills are acquired by stealth and many parents remark how seemlessly we integrate techniques into what appears to be general playtime.
