About this provider

At Russell School our mission is to create an environment that allows staff to empower all students, regardless of differences or circumstances, to maximize their potential as lifelong learners and productive members of our community.

How to join

Enrollment into an MCPS school is based on the address of your primary residence. Students are assigned to schools in an attendance area according to the student's physical address (where they live). Space availability is generally not a problem, but periodically, students may need to attend a school other than their neighborhood school if all classrooms are full.
