Child care, Preschool
Approach
Project Based Teaching- I utilize a teaching method called “Project based learning” meaning that I teach using child led projects of their interest. While I may begin with a very general theme, such as family, for example: I follow the children's lead on what they are interested in learning about families.
Meals
Children should bring a packed lunch from home each day. Lunchboxes will be stored in our refrigerator until mealtime. We are currently a peanut-free facility, so please avoid sending peanut butter or any peanut products. Drop-in Fridays: We’ll serve any leftovers from the week.

Philosophy

I believe in the importance of nature and letting children learn and grow while being immersed in it.

A typical day

A one hour walk before lunch. It’s simple, but packed with real life learning and it’s the kids favorite thing to do.
