For the second half of the tour UM student Jessalyn Crichton will lead us in a session of Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”). Qigong is a Chinese practice that utilizes slow physical movements, focused meditation, and controlled breathing to improve health and balance energy.

Our goal is to build and sustain an urban forest that benefits the Missoula community. To do this, we plant and prune trees, educate residents about the benefits of urban trees and tree care, and advocate for strong urban forest policy.
