For over 50 years, Ag Worker Health and Services has provided essential healthcare to the agricultural workers who are the backbone of our communities. We offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services at year-round clinics in Billings, Dillon, and Lolo, Montana, and Powell, Wyoming, as well as through mobile units and seasonal sites when and where they're needed most.

For your first appointment, you should arrive 20-15 minutes early and bring: Insurance card Proof of employment: W2, pay stubs, letter from employer Proof of identification

Who qualifies

If your or anyone in your household has worked in agriculture within the last 24 months, you qualify for as agricultural worker patient which gains access to exclusive services at a discounted price depending on your income.
