About this service

For 50 years, AWARE has empowered Montanans through trusted community-based care.

We support young children and families, provide mental health care, and work alongside people with developmental disabilities. Our teams serve communities across all 56 counties.

Who qualifies

Individuals of any age and from any Montana location may self-refer or be referred directly by a provider. They do not need to be enrolled in another AWARE service, and referrals may be made regardless of insurance status. Call or email our referral team to get started.
