About this service
Child Find is a free service that helps identify children who may have developmental delays or disabilities so they can get the support they need as early as possible.
New this year, we are moving to a monthly Child Find screening process, with screenings offered at different locations throughout the community. Our goal is to make the process more consistent and accessible for families who may have questions or want to learn more about their child's development.
How to get help
Select a Month or Walk-ins are Welcome. Please schedule a screening using the online form.

Who qualifies
Children who are 3-4 may participate in a Child Find screening offered by MCPS; Child Find screenings can happen at any time throughout the school year.
