Payments are issued electronically by direct deposit to a personal bank account or to a U.S. Bank ReliaCard®. You can choose direct deposit or ReliaCard after reviewing the pre-acquisition disclosures. If you do not set up direct deposit, payments automatically go to the ReliaCard.

Who qualifies
You may ask the Child Support Services Division (CSSD) to review the existing support order terms if it has been at least 36 months since the date the order was entered or last reviewed. If you request a review less than 36 months after the support order was established or last reviewed, you must show that a significant change of circumstances has occurred. Some examples of significant change are:

- The Child Support Services Division is required to charge a $25 enrollment fee to individuals enrolling for child support services. No fee is charged if you are receiving Montana public assistance including Medicaid/HMK/HMK Plus, SNAP, Cash Assistance (TANF), Child Care Grant, Child and Family Services. Participation will be verified.
