Montana Law Help is your home for free DIY legal information, forms, advice, and representation in court by Montana Legal Services Association.
In addition to legal information and court forms, MontanaLawHelp.org also allows you to search for other legal providers and local resources in Montana. These are providers from DV shelters to tribal courts to legal services for veterans.
How to get help
Apply online to determine if you are eligible for legal services from MLSA. This is the fastest and easiest way to apply for services. Call the Helpline at 1-800-666-6899. Intake specialists are available Tuesday- Thursday from 9am to 1pm.

Who qualifies
MLSA generally only provides services to people who are considered low or moderate income. However, MLSA considers many factors when determining someone's income level and eligibility, including the person's age, if they are experiencing domestic abuse, or if they are the victim of a crime. The easiest way to find out if you are eligible for MLSA's services is to fill out our application.
