About this service
It is a free postpartum support group designed to provide peer support for moms during their transition to parenthood.
These in-person groups are facilitated by the Roots Birth & Women's Health team members and are a safe place for camaraderie, connection, and expertise. We will share our experiences, explore common concerns, share local resources, and provide encouragement. You are not alone and no matter how you became a mother, you are welcome here!
