Albert Trailhead
This primitive trailhead (pronounced "al-bear") accesses the east side of the Petty Mountain roadless area via the Albert Creek Trail #719. The full 6 mile trail connects to the Wild Horse Point Trail #720, with junctions along the way with Albert Point Trail #732 and Petty Mountain Trail #8 (via Trail #731).

- From Missoula, take Mullan Road west and turn left at Kona Ranch Road. Follow the road as name changes to Big Flat Road then Southside Road. 6 miles from the end of the pavement, bear left on Albert Creek Road #5568. Road dead-ends at trailhead 6 miles ahead.
