- Weapons Discharge Restriction Open to hunting through the Block Management Program. Only hunters obtaining permission to hunt the Ruffatto Land & Cattle Block Management Areas (BMA) river bottom unit will be allowed to hunt on this FAS, and rules for the BMA are applicable to this FAS for hunting purposes. Contact R2 FWP beginning August 15 each year for more information.
