- 35 miles west of Missoula off I-90 at Exit 65, travel north 0.3 miles, turn west on frontage road, travel 0.5 miles.

- The department may designate and sign individual parking spaces or groups of parking spaces for vehicle parking, boat trailer parking, day use parking, and registered camper parking at public use sites. Parking outside of these designated, signed parking spaces is prohibited.

- Use rules
- Beginning April 15th, Old Highway 10 West will be closed immediately after the Tarkio East Fishing Access Site (FAS) entrance road. The Old Highway 10 pedestrian bridge, a kayaker trail that provides access to the Triple Bridges surf wave, and lands between the highway and the east bank of the river are part of the closed area. Discharge of weapons prohibited year round.
