A partial site closure is in place for vehicles only, allowing foot traffic, from Tuesday, Sept. 22 through Thursday, Sept. 25, and again from Tuesday, Sept. 29 until Thursday, Oct. 1, at which point the FAS will be open to vehicle traffic.
