EmpowerMT hosts drop-in youth leadership clubs, including groups for LGBTQ+ middle and high schoolers and an affinity group for Black, Indigenous and youth of color in grades 6 to 12. The YMCA has Leaders Club, where teens plan a group service project, and a summer Junior Counselors program. Members of the Missoula Public Library Teen Library Community, in grades 7 to 12, help decide the library's teen services.
