About this program

Calling all female-identifying and non-binary youth in 3rd-5th grades! This session focuses on improving running endurance and overall fitness through games, sprinting and pacing drills, goal setting, team-building activities, and fun challenges that help participants build confidence, friendships, and a positive relationship with movement.
