About this program

The MSEF Devo Program focuses on the training and development of athletes aged 8-11.

Athletes are divided into groups based on skill level and age regardless of their desired future path. All athletes will be trained in the skills they need to be great all-mountain skiers and give them the foundation of skills needed to succeed in whichever path they choose for their future. The intention of the Devo Program is to offer quality training in both alpine race and freeride styles to give our athletes the foundational skills required to become great skiers before having to choose Alpine or Freeride.
