Approach

Group assignments within our individual programs of Griz Ski Team, Devo (Jr. Freeride/YSL) Team, Freeride Team, and Alpine Race Team are based on age and ability. We try to maintain group sizes to 6 athletes per one coach. MSEF bases our curriculum on the United States Ski and Snowboard Association Alpine Training System, the International Freeride Skier and Snowboarders Association Freeride Curriculum, and the principles of Long-Term Athlete Development.
