About this program

This introduction to the Growing Gorilla’s program is aimed at children aged 3-5, typically pre-schoolers and those who are just about to start their first steps in school.

The objective, first and foremost, is to get them comfortable in the gym so they see it as a fun, happy place, where they can make friends, have fun and grow in confidence as they overcome challenges and obstacles within a controlled environment.
