Boardheads at Montana Snowbowl are half-day or full-day snowboard lessons for ages 7 and up, and a beginner package for ages 6 and up includes rentals. Snowbowl also hosts ski and snowboard PE days for homeschoolers and school groups. The Missoula Freestyle Team snowboard team holds a holiday camp and trains on Saturdays, and riders must already ride the chairlift and turn on blue terrain.
