Located in the Rock Creek drainage, this campground is situated above Rock Creek in a mixed conifer forest. This area is known for its blue ribbon trout stream and rugged canyon environment.

- 20 miles east of Missoula on Interstate 90, take Rock Creek exit #126 onto Rock Creek road. Travel 14.5 miles south on Rock Creek Road #102. Trailers, motorhomes and tow vehicles not recommended due to the narrow and rough road.
- Parking
- Large RVs not recommended.
- Fees
- $15 per night. Limit 2 vehicles per site. Fees charged from early May through late September.

- May 1, 2026 – September 28, 2026. Open 24 hours/day
- Dogs
- Must be physically restrained on a 6 foot leash.
- Use rules
- No reservations are taken. The campground is first come, first served. Horse/Pack animals are not allowed at this site. Please visit the Forest's Alerts page for information on restrictions, in particular please review the Food/Wildlife Attractant Storage Order to help reduce the likelihood of human-to-bear conflicts.
