Silver's Lagoon (McCormick Park)

Silver's Lagoon is stocked annually with trout by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and is open for fishing to youth ages 14 and under and disabled adults.

Find the big log sticking out of the water over by the side of the lagoon closest to Currents Aquatics Center. Here you may see some sunbathing turtles! Did you know painted turtles hibernate in the mud at the bottom of the lagoon during the colder months?

Use rules
Catch and release fishing is encouraged, but kids may keep up to two fish per day. No state fishing license is required for children ages 11 and under, but those 12 to 14 years old and disabled adults must have the appropriate state fishing license.
